AFTON MOUNTAIN VINEYARDS

We are excited to offer wines from our sister property, Afton Mountain Vineyards. Established in 1978, AMV is located on the sunrise side of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Vineyard now grows 10 varieties on 25 acres where Damien, winemaker, leads the team in sustainable viticulture practices.

BUBBLES

Bollicine ’22 | 45 Afton, VA A combination of yeasty toast notes with bright fresh apple. Aged for almost 2 years in the bottle, hand-riddled and made in the traditional method champenoise.

WHITE WINE

Rosé ’22 | 10 glass, 25 bottle Afton, VA A dry press Rosé with 83% Merlot, and 17% Cabernet Franc. Crisp with good minerality and fresh fruit aromatics, this is a year round favorite.

Albariño ’23 | 12 glass, 32 bottle Afton, VA Light, grassy character with peach and apricot on the nose.

Chardonnay ’21 | 10 glass, 30 bottle Afton, VA Fermented in approximately 1/2 steel tank and 1/2 neutral or older oak. Fresh fruit acidity and vibrancy, roundness on the palate.

RED WINE

Cabernet Franc ’22 | 15 glass, 35 bottle Afton, VA Light bodied red with fresh fruit aromatics and good acidity.

Merlot ’22 | 15 glass, 38 bottle Afton, VA medium-full bodied wine with round smooth tannins and a balanced mouth feel.

T 19 | 55 bottle Afton, VA This is a beautifully balanced wine with red fruit aromatics, a rich tannin structure and a long finish.
