- Mushroom cigars with pomegranate glaze. Paired with a New Zealand Pinot Noir.
- Seared scallops with ratatouille. Paired with a Rose`.
- Butternut squash and bacon salad with maple-rosemary vinaigrette. Paired with a Spanish Rioja.
- Homemade pappardelle pasta with lamb ragout. Paired with an Italian Chianti Classico.
- Caramelized onion, Gorgonzola, and mushroom stuffed flank steak with truffled fingerling potatoes and broccoli. Paired with a Chillean Carmenere.
- Chocolate bourbon bread pudding with smoked honey ice cream. Paired with a Montillado Sherry.
