During Wine 301, participants have an excursion to a winery tour of King Family Vineyards. Enjoy a special vertical tasting of King Family’s Meritage Wine during the tour!

Chef Caitie has prepared a 6 course tasting menu, each item perfectly paired to enhance the Wine 301 experience.

  • Mushroom cigars with pomegranate glaze.  Paired with a New Zealand Pinot Noir.
  • Seared scallops with ratatouille. Paired with a Rose`.
  • Butternut squash and bacon salad with maple-rosemary vinaigrette. Paired with a Spanish Rioja.
  • Homemade pappardelle pasta with lamb ragout.  Paired with an Italian Chianti Classico.
  • Caramelized onion, Gorgonzola, and mushroom stuffed flank steak with truffled fingerling potatoes and broccoli.  Paired with a Chillean Carmenere.
  • Chocolate bourbon bread pudding with smoked honey ice cream. Paired with a Montillado Sherry.
